Current Occupation: Research Fellow at University of Exeter

Current Projects:
  • 'Mysticism, Myth, and 'Celtic' Nationalism' (AHRC funded project at University of Exeter, Cornwall Campus)
  • 'The Rescorla Project': using oral history to investigate experiences of work and landscape in mid-Cornwall - an area shaped by china clay industry (associated with the Cornish Audio Visual Archive)
  • Other research interests include: The nature of voice in oral history and beyond, and comparisons between written texts / literature and oral history
Previous Projects:
  • PhD: 'Senses of Vibration'
  • Outreach Officer for Rescorla Project (2007-8)
  • Archive Co-ordinator for CAVA (2006-7)
