Drama Practitioner

The Lister Community School require a Drama Practitioner to direct a devised, site-specific ensemble storytelling heritage project for young people aged 8 – 14.

The Project takes place mainly over the school Easter Holiday period (8 days) and will continue for the week afterwards, in school, writing a script, and thereafter three hour rehearsals twice a week up until the last week in June. Performances to coincide with Who Do We Think We Are week 21st - 27th June.

Your role is to enable a cast of around 20 young people to devise script and perform a piece of ensemble storytelling about the history of the Plaistow area in the years immediately post World War II.
